Very professional and quality concerned with my case. I was looking at jail time for a traffic ticket that what caused from my dumb choice. The judge was looking at throwing me in jail. The police officer made his case and with the years of service and knowledge Steve has acquired he found that lil hole in the whole case that had me looking a guaranteed jail time to now looking at a $25 fine. I owe my second chance to Steve thank you again sir.

Steven he is great, a nice gentlemen an awesome attorney for DUI related charges I recommend him if you need him in Lancaster Pennsylvania.

For a DUI I would strongly discourage using Steven L Breit. His advertisements may seem appealing and his costs are certainly within par around Lancaster county but, his services are well below that. I cannot count the times my appointments were postponed due to “public appearances” or reasons beyond my concern. He and his paralegal, Heather, I believe, are not there for you despite what they say. I received a much higher sentence than I was lead to expect only finding this out at the time of my sentencing! There is no turning back at that point. Please take my advice and all other negative reviews previous to mine, even though they all seem written by illiterate idiots. There are many, many other DUI attorneys that will actually care for you.

Mr. Breit has been a blessing to our family. He is always within reach and willing to go to whatever extremes needed to get the job done, even on his own personal time. Steven has been nothing but helpful and sensitive to our situation. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing legal services.

Reply to breit: Steve this is not an allegation. I trusted you to represent me and go to bat for me. I made a mistake I needed you to go to bat for me not do what you did and i have proof and two witnesses about what you did to me and I will be forwarding the necessary information. And furthermore I had no idea what was going on that day at preliminary, you never explained anything to me beforehand you were jumping back and forth between 3 other clients and got to me last. It looked like a freaking ice cream stand in there and you were dipping ice cream as fast as you could to get to the next customer. I got in front of the judge and he said exactly " so you are waiving your preliminary hearing today" next I look at you and you nod your head yes, and trusting you I signed off thinking that you knew what you were doing, which I found out latter was a terrible terrible mistake. i wouldn't trust this guy with 1 dollar. He was very interested in taking my case in the beginning and seemed very excited to win my case. After I paid my retainer fee. It seemed like he was working with the prosecution,not me. He never built a good defense for me. He completely screwed me on my preliminary hearing never telling me what was going on just that I was waiting my preliminary hearing. I went before the judge and the judge said so you are waiving your preliminary hearing today and stunned I looked over at Breit and he nodded his head yes. After signing away my preliminary rights over he said that he got the one charge lowered to a misdemeanor. Later he sends me a confidential letter to me in the mail starting that my best offer from the state is at minimum 12 to 24 months in state prison and that I also send him another 1800 dollars to stand next to me I guess. Now this is my first time for everything and I had a very very good defense in my situation. Steven Breit sent the same confidential letter that he sent me, he also sent to the DAs office, stating my best offer from the state will be jail time. ruining my best outcome for the case. A confidential letter telling me my best outcome is prison and what charges they can use against me. So he basically helped the DA in prosecuting me, and he also violated our confidentiality agreement. I have reported this man for fraud and for breaching our confidentiality agreement that we had.he also was notified that after sending that letter to the DAs office the DA decided to take Breit's advice and raise my charge that was lower to an M1 back up to an F3. The DA notified Breit of their decision and told Breit that because they had changed it back to an F3 that I had the right to a new preliminary hearing. And guess what after I went with a different lawyer. Breit never sent me the email from the DAs office ensuring my best possible outcome in this case. So I basically paid Breit 1200 dollars to show up at my preliminary hearing and throw me under the bus get me to sign my rights over and then tell the DAs office our strategy in my case and then demand another 1800 dollars to hand me over on a silver platter to the DAs office. Bottom line if you love you family and you love you kids and you made a mistake and you want to be there for them or you want the best possible outcome i do not recommend you to go to this man for a criminal case. he hurt my case so bad. And what he did was unethical and unmoral. How do you sleep at night taking money from ppl that trust you to DEFEND them and do nothing. That is a very bad man. I know what I did was wrong but it wasn't violent and I didn't hurt anyone it was my first time being in trouble and I made a mistake, I owned up to my mistake and I am sorry for my mistake. all you had to do is say I'm sorry I just can't take you case, but instead you said oh don't worry don't worry he'll be fine to my wife and took my money and did nothing for me and did everything for the DAs office. A lion in sheep's clothing. If you hate that why did you offer you services to be a criminal defense lawyer, you should have become a prosecutor for the DAs office
