I needed to hire an attorney. I initially consulted another attorney in the area who refused to take over my case because he said there was no damages in it (e.g., money). Mr. Justice helped me obtain wages owed from an employer/company after they consistently abused and violated my employee rights with late pay. Randall took over my auto accident case after my previous attorney was unable to continue his practice (for 100% acceptable reasons mind you). I have never encountered or seen an attorney with such ability and drive to win a case. His court performance was like poetry in motion. Let me start by saying I am a 72 year old Veteran who first went to Mr. Justice in need of an attorney for a serious slip and fall case, I can tell you with no reservations it was one of the best; or should I say luckiest days of my life meeting this attorney. Enough about me, lets talk about Mr. Justice. He worked my case for seven long years until its conclusion in April 2021 in a federal jury trial. He always kept me informed, never gave me false hope and always informed me it was a tough case. He never gave up on me, I asked him at least once a year, after the evidence would slowly trickle in if he would still take the case knowing what he knows now without any hesitation he always said YES. Mr. Justice is Polite, Professional, and extremely Sharp but his court room tactics are a work of art. When it came to his court procedure especially with cross examination, he would approach the defendant, witness with the greatest of ease and coolness but when they tried to mislead be dishonest or avoid the question he went into viper mode and every single time would get the truth out.. I have never seen anything like it in my life. I have so much admiration for Randall and will remember and recommend him for as long as I can. You know, we all go through our life and meet people some good some bad, some talented some not so talented but Mr. Justice is an remarkable human being . In closing, I believe that Mr. Justice will be and outstanding asset to any client who hires him and a missed opportunity by any who do not. Our jury verdict was over 16 times the insurance company’s final offer.
