Attorney Breit was not only reasonably priced, he showed up early to court and was overly prepared!! He was a shark in court and I could not have been happier with my outcome!!

When my loved one was charged with a DUI we had friends who recommended Steven as a reputable attorney. We are so thankful that we went through Steven, he is knowledgeable, down to earth and explains what's going on with your case. He typically communicates through email which is best for us so we can share any documents that we had received throughout the process of the case. When we would find out about the court date we would reach out to Steven and vice versa, he would reach out to us regarding dates to attend or that he would attend for us. Because our first partnership with him was so beneficial, we had to rely on him again when a citation was given for a suspended license. Steven was gracious to take on our case and really fought for our loved one through and through. He was so knowledgeable with the court proceedings that the citation was completely dismissed by the judge and all the stress and anxiety is completely gone. I would recommend Steven to anyone who is in trouble legally in the Lancaster county area.

Steven Breit has represented me twice. He's that good that I hired him again. On both occasions all chargers were dismissed. Give this man your money! Recently, I was charged Harassment - Subject Other to Physical Contact. After representation from Steven, the citation was dismissed. Previously, he represented me in 2018 for an underage and possession, those charges were dismissed as well. He gets you the results you want. Steven Breit is a great guy and an even better lawyer. Steven has, by far, exceeded my expectations! After receiving a citation that could potentially bring me jail time, I called a few different lawyers. Steven was the only one to get back to me the same day, Black Friday at that. He eased my mind and explained to me my options and what he could do for me. It was a no brainer to hire him as my lawyer and I am so glad I did! I recently hired Steve to represent me in a motor vehicle case that I could have potentially faced jail time. Leading up to the hearing I was a nervous wreck. But after meeting with Steve he put me at ease and explained what his approach was going to be and told me what I needed to know and what to avoid he also did not promise me anything and told me what could potentially happen so I would be prepared. He contacted me the day before the hearing to remind me of all we had discussed. The next morning I arrived early to hearing and Steve was already there we went outside and he informed me of what I should avoid. We went back in side and that's when I saw why this Lawyer has the reputation he has. The arresting officer had entered the DJ Office and went into the hearing room and Steve excused himself and entered the same room as the officer with paper thin walls I heard almost everything and a few minutes later he came and escorted me into the hearing. I entered the hearing with two charges in which I would lose my Lic. for Two Years and potential jail time which would have had a major impact on my life and my loved ones. However due to Mr. Breit's due diligence, I left with significantly less severe charges and a clear path to driving privileges being restored to me the fee he charged me was worth ten times what I paid for his services. Hired Steven for a traffic offense, he went beyond what I thought he could do ! He was able to get my sentence lowered. I was nervous going into court but Mr breit made sure to answer all my questions and I had complete faith and trust in him to do a great job! Well worth the money! Had an accident in a cdl vehicle which is way worse for the driver and the company he said he could help and he came through got the citation changed to no points and not a serious driving offense which potentially saved my cdl from being suspended
