Highly recommend Lindsey O’Neil at this firm. Lindsey helped me through a very difficult time following an automobile accident leaving me with permanent post concussive issues. Communication was excellent and she got the job done. Her paralegal is exceptional as well.

Nicholas Veronis, Attorney The worst thing I can tell you about Nicholas Veronis is that he is the best attorney who performs totally in the personal and overall interest of his clients. I state this from personal experience. We had an auto accident, not our fault. A young driver made a risky turn at an intersection, hit our car, which was pushed into another car stopped at a stop sign on a cross road. We were traveling under the speed limit and the young driver sped to turn in front of our vehicle. We were not at fault and the young driver was totally liable. Our insurance was not helping us with claims against the young driver’s insurance. Additionally, our insurance did not return our calls when we asked about claims against our own underinsured insurance. We also had additional concerns about claims from our personal hospitalization insurance. Mr. Veronis took our case, helped us understand the processes and claims procedures from the other driver’s insurance. We received the maximum benefit. Mr. Veronis then pursued claims against our insurance for the under insured coverage. At first our insurance did not respond. Mr. Veronis was persistent and got resolution to the claim. He worked with us and obtained a larger claim amount than we expected. He was definitely on our side. Additionally, Mr. Veronis ensured our hospitalization plans’ liens were resolved. After working with Mr. Veronis, I found him to be a very humble but factual attorney with persistent tenacity to our favor. Our clam was settled and we received a larger settlement than expected.
