Niko Veronis treated me like an actual human being and not just a dollar sign. Always answered my calls and returned my emails promptly. Got me a very fair settlement against a difficult insurance company without having to go to court. As a waitress it was nice to be treated as an equal. He didn’t act like some high and mighty lawyer. His staff was also kind and very helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone.

We met Nicholas (Niko) Veronis after our head on accident in September of 2021. We were in the ICU and Trauma Units for one week. Mr. Veronis knows his job well! My health insurance was an ERISA plan and wasn’t fully insured, so they wanted reimbursed for all the medical bills. With Niko’s help, I was able to recuperate without having to worry about how the bills would be paid. When I received a lien on my health insurance, he pursued their lawyer to settle on my behalf. Jim Hagelgans and his colleagues were just awesome with my fiance, Scott and his case of the motorcycle vs. tractor trailer. The case was very sketchy from the beginning and we knew something just wasn't right. Jim dove straight in to working on finding out the facts. It took three and a half years, but the truth was discovered. Just goes to show, the truth always comes out. And honesty is always the best policy. I contacted Mr. Hagelgans about 3.5 years ago about a situation i was involved in that just wasnt right. I was involved in a motorcycle/tractor trailer accident.
