Wendy and her staff are the greatest! they took a lot of stress away from my situation. Makes it much easier to put my focus on my 2 boys!

I currently have an active custody battle that I'm going through at this time. When I came across Chan & Associates I decided to give them a try. Man it was the best decision I ever made! Wendi helped us with our child custody case and she was amazing with the kids! Just want all readers to know that Wendy Chan represented me in my Immigration Case and I won it. Having languished in jail for 6 months with no hope of winning my case, I found Wendy calling in my Prison 5 days before my Court Day. She is down to earth and is gifted in listening to her clients, even not yet paid her legal fees. The lady had all the patience to go through my case with me in detail of each event giving suggestions and encouraging me. She was more of a Counselor than an Attorney to me.
