This firm has quality people especially Wendy Chan and Lori who go beyond their call of duty to make things happen. There was a hearing in Philadelphia where Wendy helped drive me to. Very selfless yet effective. I'm forever thankful.

Wendy Chan was representing me for several months in a divorce and child custody case, until she told me she can't represent me and sent me to a different firm, only to find out right after that happened my ex wife's attorney moved into the Chan law firm, anything for business. Does that sound like a good attorney representing her client No. To be honest it was an attorney thinking of herself and her business. All my fee's were up to date and paid in full. Don't make the same mistake I did, look elsewhere or you might be the next victim like I was. Please Wendy Chan do not respond to this trying to make yourself look better, you took advantage of me and only thought about yourself. Be Honest

I could not have been more pleased when I fired this law firm and hired a new one. My case went much smoother and the desired outcome for BOTH parties was reached! SUCCESS! (Again, AFTER I fired this law firm). Even my ex's lawyer was more willing to negotiate and civil because of the professionalism and politeness my new lawyer exemplified. Everyone was happy! Great lawyer if you want something done they are the ones you want

Even when Wendy could not take us as a client she was very attentive and professional. She even kept communication and answer some questions during weekends day.

Called to set up a consultation, the receptionist asked if she could call me right back. I said that's fine, and then I didn't get a call back for about a week. I then went to schedule my consultation and they want 200.. I'm going elsewhere. Not a good start

Wendy and all the people at Chan & Associates were absolutely amazing! They were there for any and all questions we had and responded very quickly when emailed. After going through hell with two other Lawyers and because of that missed first 8 months my son we found Chan & Associates and within 3 months I walked away with full custody legal and physical they jumped right on everything that needed to be done and talked me through everything they were going to do and what it all meant. I can’t Thank them enough for everything they did I absolutely recommend them for anyone dealing with custody issues in the Lancaster areas.
