On 1/31/20 ( ONE DAY ) Wendy charged me $1,200 for 40 incoming and outgoing emails relating to my case. I spent $5,200 and was asked for another $7,500 more with very little being accomplished for my cause. Other attorneys were shocked to learn this. And I did better negotiating for myself without her. I addressed these issues with Wendy, and was not satisfied with her response or her service. She claims, "I only accept clients who have the best interests of their children at heart." but, it;s more like clients who pay her whatever she demands.

Hola mi nombres es Abel Gutiérrez yo des afortunada mente tuve mala suerte con un caso de inmigración por parte de un ex abogado de Chan & Associates pero eso no quiere decir que sea culpa de Chan & Associates, solo fue que el ex abogado me mintió y me dio falsas esperanzas como a otros, imagino que por esa razón ya no está con ellos, pero si alguien necesita de los servicios de Chan & Associates son una empresa confiable.

I spoke to several different lawyers before finding Wendy Chan. After meeting with her for the very 1st time I knew I was in the best hands I could possibly be in. Every other attorney fed me false hope and were extremely unrealistic in regards to my upcoming hearing for custody. From day one Wendy Chan explained it exactly the way it was and did not sugarcoat anything. There was no false hope given and based on the other reviews I knew she was beyond capable of helping me rescue my daughter from the toxic environment she was in. In court Wendy was nothing shy of absolutely amazing. When the opposing party tried to lie she shut it down instantly with facts and proof. She will check everything and verify everything so lies will not slide. Opposing counsel was so flustered they kept repeating I'm just really confused. As far as I'm concerned Wendy Chan is the best lawyer I have ever seen in action in my life, even ones on TV. Her execution was flawless and she understood the importance of rescuing a child from it a terrible environment. She is involved emotionally as well and she truly cares for the well being of the people she is representing. Also, in court she alleviates all the stress that you could have possibly had by taking charge and essentially directing traffic in there. You do not have to think about anything you just answer her questions and she does the rest. This woman is a wonderful person. Thank you so much Wendy for everything.

I should have taken the time to read ALL of the reviews and their rebuttals prior to working with this group. The statements of disorganization, lack of communication and response are completely accurate. The aggressive nature I was looking for to represent me in the court room never got that far because of missed filing deadlines. While I rate this group a big fat zero for legal services, I am awarding Wendy and her team five stars for teaching me what a lawyer should not do for their client. Phone calls not returned, late arrivals for court dates, associates representing you in court that you never hear back from, and being told that I should have had witness reports and a pre-trial memorandum to the courthouse because it was in the order. Isn’t that the lawyers job? Do yourself a favor a find someone who will support you and understands your position as their client. Wendy you’ve outdone yourself by sending me my money back and telling me to go find someone who would be empathetic. While it was too much for you to take responsibility and acknowledge your shortcomings, at least you educated me in a way I may have never gotten from someone who actually did their job.

Wendy and her staff are all amazing! They genuinely care about their clients and will fight for the best possible outcome. I made one call to Chan and Associates and it seems my life is falling into place with all of their help! I would recommend this firm to anyone! Best firm I know of!

I worked with Wendy Chan on a falsely submitted PFA, she was absolutely amazing! Her confidence and knowledge of the Lancaster Court system is a huge plus if involved in a case there. The Judges in Lancaster highly respect her and her integrity in representation. Very professional, very detail oriented, if there is anything to find to help the case, she will find it. I highly recommend her for any case in the Lancaster Court System!

Wendy Chan and Associates were amazing. Wendy was extremely professional and efficient when dealing with my legal matters. She went above and beyond and is everything I needed in a lawyer. She helped me figure out the best path with my divorce especially with children involved. Her staff were also very professional and attentive. I went to a few different lawyer consultations before deciding to hire Wendy Chan at Chan and associates to be my lawyer.  She was straight with me and to the point – was realistic with what my outcome could and would be.  I trusted that she would help me every step of the way through my custody, child support and divorce proceedings.  Wendy understood where I was coming from and was willing to stand up for me.  She was able to help me figure out what was important to fight for and what was not going to be beneficial in the end.  She did not want to nickel and dime me which I greatly appreciated!!  Everyone on her team including her paralegal’s Lori and April are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful and trustworthy.  Any time I have needed to email or talk to them they have been quick to return an email or a phone call.  I have come away feeling like I have made friends with her and her team.  I HAVE recommended Wendy and her team to friends already.  I will continue to recommend her.
