“Andrew Morrow will not fight for you. He will do the least amount of work possible and charge as much as possible. Sometimes during conferences I felt like he was representing the opposing party.”

Unprofessional and unresponsive customer service
“The lady that answers the phone kept telling me it was my problem to figure it out even though they sent me the letter. I asked isn't it your responsiblity to prove you did the research properly when i have a cancelled check and you send out threatening letter. She hung up on me.”
