Very arrogant. Has no desire to do what you want, only what he wants. When you question what he’s doing Kopecki threatens to quit. He has bad billing practices. Horrible lawyer. Take your case somewhere else. You’ll be very happy when you do.

Represented me in a 1st DUI case. I had prior convictions and Mr. Kopecki was up front with me through out the whole process. He worked for me and tried to get me what I wanted which was ARD. Both of us knew it would be a long shot. Mr. Kopecki came through with a win. I was so happy with my decision to hire him. I called other attorneys who had outlandish fees. Matt's fees were reasonable and I couldn't have gotten a better attorney. Trust me. He gets the job done.

Attorney Kopecki went more than 18 months without sending me a bill. When he finally emailed me his bill it stated I had 30 days to pay. When I immediately questioned some of it he sent my account to a collection agency 6 days after he said I had 30 days to pay.

I hired Kopecki for a family court matter. While he did obtain an OK custody order for me, he did not send me a bill for over a year and a half, and when I got the bill it stated I had 30 days to pay. When I questioned the charges, instead of discussing it with me, he sent it immediately to collections 6 days after I received his bill. 24 days short of the 30 days he gave me to play. Instead of discussing my concerns, he sent it straight to collections. Save your credit score and hire another lawyer.

When I first called him about my problem, I was freaking out and a wreck about the whole case. I've never had this problem before, but Matt took the time to explain things to me and somewhat put me to rest. His paralegal was also very helpful to me, and acted as a go-between for him and me.

So I got into legal trouble a little bit ago and Matt was with me for everything. He walked me through the steps to get through everything and was nothing but polite. I ran into him on my travels through the court house when I couldn't find my probation officer. Matt just wrote her an email stating that he ran into me whilst looking and there was no problems. Everyone at the office was very polite and welcoming. I'll never forget that his wife didn't take his last name so her name wouldn't be Becky kopecki.

It took me a while to finally get my son in my custody and care and I thank Matthew for being my representation while I am away and station in Norfolk. Not only I have won legal and physically custody, In the order it was granted to me that I can take my son to Italy when I get stationed there by the end of this year.
