A great settlement day this past Tuesday was experienced by both my buyers and myself, the sellers, and the listing agent. As always, Tim Brenaman our title agent was very professional and patiently and clearly answered all questions that were addressed to him. It was a very smooth process, done in a timely fashion and also, as he always does, it was a most enjoyable time had by everyone involved, adding in a few good laughs along the way.
