Good attorneys

Great law firm. Provided excellent knowledge in estate planning and elder law.

I had the pleasure of working with two of their attorneys, Theresa and Melissa. They both listened and were attentive to my goal of keeping my son safe as best as we could. They made it happen and I was able to give my son great news that we won our case and he no longer had to worry. I would recommend either one of them to anyone who needed family law.

I have used this firm several times. Prompt, competent, and reasonable are words that come to mind. Very helpful and easy to talk to.

Amy Owes represented my son in a custody order. She did not make sure all issues that were discussed in the conciliation hearing were in the order. The conciliar was in a hurry he said he had a long day and basically said “the two of you need to work things out together for the sake of the kids”. Well if that was possible then we wouldn’t be here. They had my son sign prior to seeing final order. Beware don’t sign until you have a chance to read order first! It is really bad when you can’t trust your own lawyer, I advise you to shop around.

I personally am using Johnson and Duffie for a current custody case. I hired Johnson and Duffie after I fired another firm for pretty much talking to me like I was a joke and just taking my money, doing nothing for my child. Once I hired Johnson and Duffie, their attorney believed in me, which intern helped me save my child from what she was going through. If it weren’t for Johnson and Duffie I don’t know where we would be legally, and if my child would still be with us. They helped save her LIFE! If you’re looking for a firm that will believe in you and will fight for you, please use Johnson a Duffie! I will forever be grateful to Johnson and Duffie for truly believing in Justice and always being that legal guidance that stands above the rest.
