I hired Casey to represent me in my child custody case. She was very upfront with me about my case and what I should expect. She was always available and very prompt with any questions I had. I was able to see that she is very respectful of the court and that the court paid her the same respect back. I am very pleased with the results that I received considering the circumstances. I will continue to have her and her firm represent me in any future issues.

We hired Casey after getting many “I’m sorry, we can’t help you and your case” responses from other firms. She was more than willing to represent us and had extensive knowledge of the courts regarding children and youth services. She was our saving grace. Any question we had was answered and she made us feel comfortable going into and out of the process. She didn’t make us feel like we hired a lawyer, but like we had hired someone we’ve known for years to have our backs. Very down to earth person, very honest yet empathetic to our situation.

I definitely recommend Casey as representation in custody as a father that has seen much of the court system. Casey is very detail oriented, thoughtful, and shows genuine care and interest in a case. She shares her insight into the matters from experience, yet does not push your decisions, but respects them and fights for what you seek. Between Casey and Tom Clark at the same firm, I was finally able to establish 50/50 custody in an area that is often biased against fathers.

I would highly recommend Casey to anyone. Casey and her firm did an excellent job at representing me and caring about my case personally. I was very impressed for a larger firm the type of one on one care I received and there ability to work with you on the financial end really take a great stress out of an already stressful process. I have had an excellent experience while being a client of attorney Casey Johnson-Welsh. I hired her to help gain custody back of my 2 daughters. She has done an amazing job in getting the case prepared and taking care of all aspects of my custody case. She is very efficient and always makes sure everything is done in a timely manner. She would get back to me right away with all answers to my questions and providing all necessary paperwork. My case has not been an easy one in any way especially being that there were 3 parties involved. I would recommend Casey to anyone with a family case no matter how difficult or complex it is.

Casey Welsh has been extraordinary in working on my divorce/spousal support case. When I had to reschedule a court date due to brain surgery, she followed up with me before & after my surgery to find out if I was okay & offered encouragement.
