Katherine Zito's guidance, as our settlement officer, was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Her excellent communications kept us updated throughout the process, and her knowledge of all the documents and procedures ensured we received prompt, accurate answers to any questions. At the closing, Katherine was efficient, but also took time to answer any questions we had, and her friendly personality made the closing an enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend Central Penn Land Transfer and Katherine Zito.

I would never recommend this company! First, there was so many different people that handled this transaction with several and I mean Several different emails from different people that it got so confusing and frustrating. The sale could’ve been done in two weeks, but it took a month because of the un organization in this company. Penny Jones from Better Homes and Gardens reality was the listing agent which was amazing and went above and beyond to take care of everything that was so frustrating to us with Capstone Land Transfer, LLC! Penny Jones step in and did more to fix problems than she actually needed to because it wasn’t part of her job! We went over to the State College office of Capstone Land Transfer to sign all the paperwork that was to be completed, too just find out that there was a mess up that wasn’t taken care of after everything that was signed! The organization in this company is very poor and we honestly was ready to pull back the sell due to so many issues and run around! This was not our choice in picking this company at all but the buyers Choice (which was NO fault of the buyers either)! It wasn’t till the day before Closing that Lisa Peters got involved after being informed of all the issues that have been taking place over the month of this sale. Lisa Peters, I would highly recommend because she knew her stuff and made it happen for our closing date or we might not have closed on time because of the lack of incompetency with this Company. Way too many people involved that didn’t know what was going on, just passed down the paperwork to! The day of the closing the realtor Amy Doran at Keller Williams was to have the money to the office early that morning but didn’t show up till 11:30am. We were told that the money was going to be put in right away since Amy Doran didn’t have the money over first thing that morning as she said the night prior! As it wasn’t Capstone fault that Amy Doran didn’t fulfill her obligations it was their fault for not putting the money in right away until 2:58pm after I called to see why the money didn’t hit the account yet!! It did not take long for it to hit the account after they finally decided to put it in doing my call! It’s the point of having been told something that morning and them not following through! Again, I would work with Lisa Peters at a different company because she knew what she was doing and wasn’t part of the cluster the whole month we were dealing with this company. But I would highly RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE THAN DEALING WITH CAPSTONE AND THEIR INCOMPETENCE!

This agency handled my house closing. They were extremely professional, communicated well throughout the entire closing process and closing was extremely smooth! I recommend them.

Excellent closing service. Would consider using Jolene George's team at Capstone again if there is an opportunity to purchase or sell a house in the future.
