He is a snake in the grass!!! Had my son sign a statement declaring himself guilty. Sign some documents and the judge would not give him jail time for a misdemeanor. Of which the was all a lie!!! Brian Ulmer storytelling led to my son losing a year away from his family 3 girls and a baby that was coming. My son then was transferred to a state facility of which now is serving parole for a misdemeanor. Brian Ulmer should be ashamed of himself for being a con artist. Telling folks what they want to hear..
