Called just to ask a question, was told that they wouldn't do consult over the phone. Explained that I only needed a question answered, for now.
And tried to tell her the question, only to bre hung up on. Very rude. It's a shame that you don't want to help a person with less then 5 minutes of your time. If it turned out we'd need more help we would've come back, but hang up, can't even answer a question, no thanks.

I was in a accident.i spent 5 years with Paul Welch.i went to Dr..in Harrisburg and was promised $500 each trip.It was to be settled in arbitration .But that did not happen.because all my paper work was on his secretary desk and was not looked at.One week before court I had appointment with Welch.He wanted me to lie in court.and I refused.So he did not want to do case.The truth is he never one a case in front of the judge that was hearing case.And I wrote to the bar association.They found nothing wrong with what he did.Dont worry Welch I have not forgotten you.
