He represented me in court a couple times. He only asked the judge for one thing to help me out in a custody hearing . I try reaching out to him for total of 5 months. I left notes, emails and calls also walk in. Then I had to go to another lawyer to get Lindsey to talk with me. But then I found out he was working with my son mother that I was going against in court and that I was paying him to represent me in court. I would never go back to a lawyer especially in this town. And I was told I need to be a parent and provide information to him regarding my son which I did for 5 months. Waste of money I would not for seen anyone going to him

I addvise you not to use this public pretender. Trust me, you'll be SORRY!!!

Very rude and has no empathy what so every asked me do I every stop talking when he never asked a question and then hung up on me. He shouldn't represent anybody

Used him 10 years ago and have enjoyed full custody of my daughter ever since. I didn't miss a day thanks to him.

Absolutely useless as a public defender does not listen, return calls you will not see or hear from him until about five minutes before you walk into the courtroom where he will gaslight you into pleading guilty. Every time I regret, not hiring a lawyer, and I have to file an appeal because he wouldn’t listen and then made gaslight style threats DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BETTET OFF REPRESENTING YOURSELF !

I had Mr.Lindsey for a custody matter. I felt like he was not working for me. I’m pretty sure I smelled liquor on his breathe the morning of court. He will not fight for you. He will just agree with whatever the other party wants. I truly regret hiring him.

His Representation or lack was truly amazing he did the least possible he didn't even act like he cared or was tring every step of the way he was rude ,disrespectful and for some reason has an ego and a need to belittle the people he works with . When u would call from jail he would act like I was such a burden he forgot details and would tell me something different everytime ! if I could give negative stars I would ! I don't know if he's running for da or something but he is a absolutely horrible human being he's the stain on the taint that is Clinton county and a perfect example of the way law is practiced in this country!!

Asking to speak to the guy for several weeks, called like 10 times he is always not available at the moment. I just need 30 sec of his lifetime lol.
