Did not fight for me, evidence I submitted to him wasn't put in case and it very relevant. Let video in that was taken illegally DA refuse to prosecute Mantle for doing. Has not fixed the preliminary hearing transcripts, lies misleading statements. The wrong judge listed this needs fixed, and not like Clinton county Court system. Put the truth it was recorded, by lawyers. The reason you can't record your own proceedings is that hard to cover up truth, easier to type lies!

Won my case and is reasonably priced.

Please choose someone else! He never called us back, rushed us off the phone when we finally could make contact, and we had no idea what was going on. He didn't relay crucial information between us and our opposing lawyer, causing: tremendous turmoil, unreal anxiety, and disrupting the healthy dynamic of our family. We just wanted to know what was going on. When Covid hit, there was no way to contact him since he had to work from home. We had an urgent emergency, he said "im not good with emails but ill try to check them." There was also an unplanned visit scheduled for custody that was emailed, voicemailed, and lettered to him that he never told us about. In court, he kept taking notes with his pen. He used none of them, asked hardly any questions, stuttered with awkwardly long pauses, and in the end, caused the judge to rule against us. We had a stack of evidence, none of it was used. My son is mentally and verbally abused and controlled by his father and stepmother. Because of this, he refuses to see his father. He cried to the judge giving testimony of what he has witnessed including women getting beat, family bullying, and serious neglect. Because of Lingel's poor representation, the judge believed every untrue thing mentioned in court, and denied all of our pleas. We even had former written testimony from the stepmother herself that the father was abusive and a bad role model...Lingel didn't use it. When in the waiting room once, another customer came in complaining about some deed that Lingel was taking a year to get around. I have no idea why there are 2 good reviews on here. His representation was like something right out of a movie (horror and comedy). We contacted another lawyer at a prestigious law firm...even the paralegal, when hearing we had Lingel, said "that explains a lot"! I took the time to write this for your safety...please don't!
