I was very pleased with the services provided and the outcome. Every step of the way, I was notified about the progress. Even when it looked as though nothing was happening, I was reinsured that everything was going well. Communication is key, and it was definitely a big part of my case.

I hired Sioutus through Victory Disability to help me secure my SSDI claim after a failed attempt I tried myself. Although I am 100% VA disabled already, Sioutis took my case for SSDI. This time it was successful after working with Sioutis and his team. They asked me to fill out forms from my psychiatrist which SSA had not volunteered such information when I tried to do it myself, which proved to be what was needed for a successful claim.

Let me explain how great this experience was! Not only are they very respectful of your time but they are very patient and thorough. All of my expectations were met and then some! Make no mistake, the process is long, but with Victory working on your case, once it's completed, it's definitely worth the wait and worth pursuing! Thank you Victory!! From the very first call I knew this was a great law firm. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly. Once they accepted my case (for SSDI as a Veteran) they set me up a portal and I was able to communicate and send files directly to them at any time of the day. Their response time was very quick and if within business hours sometimes almost immediate. I would highly recommend them. Also be advised since SSDI and VA are federal programs the atttorney you hire does NOT have to be in your state. He is not in mine and I recommend this firm to all my veteran friends needing help with SS claims.

Victory Disability did an outstanding job getting my case approved. I applied in May 23 and was approved in June 24. The ALJ hearing the case directly stated that she had never seen paper work so well documented and in perfect order. The actual hearing lasted less than 20 minutes for recording the formalities. This was a completely hassle free experience and got the results I hoped for and a sizeable amount in backpay. I am absolutely pleased and impressed with their work and highly recommend them to anyone in need of representation in SSA matters. Thank you Victory for giving me some peace of mind.
