Reached out for help with rental issue ( I am renter) and was told if I don't like where i am living to find another place to live. Offered no guidance but referred me to move instead of helping. Go some where else.

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment. Showed up today, "we don't have your appointment on the books, why are you here?"
Not really the people I want to trust with my affairs. Total waste of time and space.
