Christine Brown was very helper and knowledgeable. She was great dealing with my mom and made everyone feel confident in the decisions we made.

I was referred to Ben Urso of Zacharia Brown by a few friends who also worked with Ben. Spring of 2021 I made an appointment with Ben about my mom who was in declaring health . My mom already had will I was POA for her health and finances but wanted to make sure I had things in order. Three months my mom had a bad fall and I knew she no longer could live at home. I called Ben and once my mom was transferred to a nursing facility and he and his wonderful assistant Joyce kicked into motion helping me what to do financially which I could’ve ever done alone. Ben and his staff were both professional and sympathetic to my needs . Being an only child and by their advise I was able to focus on my mom and her well being. Ben and Joyce helped with the process of getting my mom Medicaid . Ben advised me on what to do next for the process and I followed their guidance and it relieved a lot of pressure on me which I am grateful for. Upon my mom’s death Ben and associates helped me through the final financial process and inheritance taxes etc. A few months later Ben helped my husband and I with some of our POA etc to make things easier for our children. I myself being a worrier I would call office probably more than necessary but Ben and his staff never rushed me, answered my questions and reassured me.
