Ben Urso was extremely rude and ignorant when discussing my recently deceased Mother. He is worse that .com law. He must be a recent graduate from law school. Unfortunately Zachariah trust him to talk on the phone.

My wife and I recently updated all of our estate documents, and Christine Murphy Brown was superb to work with. Before our appointment, she reviewed our current documents, and during our initial face to face meeting, took the time to ask us questions plus answer all our questions so that she had the necessary information to draft our new documents. She is very friendly, easy to speak with, and yes, we enjoyed a few laughs during our conversations. Both my wife and I would highly recommend Christine Murphy Brown, and have shared her contact information with friends that have mentioned to us they need to update their estate documents.

We met with Christine Murphy Brown to revise our will, power of attorney and healthcare directive documents. She was very thorough in understanding our specific needs and wishes, and the entire process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Zacharia Brown for any estate/elder planning needs. It's an important thing to take care of well before you need it, and they make the entire experience seamless. In addition, there are clear instructions given for when the wills need to be executed, which again, is not something you like to think of, but it a necessity.

Attorney James Benedek made a very emotional time of transition from home care to nursing home care for my mother a very caring but concise guiding through a difficult time in her life. His working knowledge of the various steps of elderly care (Home care, assisted living, skilled nursing), the various facilities and what may be the best fit were extremely helpful in our decision making process. His understanding of family issues and concerns in navigating the Medicaid application process as well as his prompt communications with regard to necessary information and documentation needs help to simplify a very complicated process. Overall, Attorney Benedek did an outstanding job for our family and is a vital asset to the Zacharia Brown PC Team.

She was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and it was easy to communicate our concerns and desires to her. Her efficiency was superior. Being the administrator for my Dad's estate after his passing seemed like a daunting task. Little did I know how daunting. Fortunately I contracted with Zacharia Brown and Colleen Bratkovich became my attorney. She led me through the probate process very smoothly without any issues arising. She was there to make suggestions, anticipate the next steps, make phone calls and prepare and file documents. I do not know how I could have done it without her. In fact, my wife and I are going to be contracting with Colleen to do some personal legal work.
