Both my wife and I were in our early 70s when we first met with Tracy. At that time, we realized we needed to have an estate planning attorney review our 20+ year old wills and powers of attoney. So we did a google search of estate attorneys in our area and Tracy's firm came up. We made an appointment for an inital review of our current documents. My wife and I had no idea of how the meeting would go. Would we feel comfortable talking to Tracy, would she make us feel at ease, and would she make it easy for us to express our wants and needs? After a couple of minutes of our meeting, all those concerns vanished. She listened, carefully, to all that was important to us and made us feel very comfortable when making our points heard. I would not hesitate recommending Tracy's firm for estate planning.

Appreciate the efforts and completion of our estate plan from Tracy and team (will, trust, POA and healthcare POA) for my parents - in addition to ongoing changes required. We were able to review some financial impacts as well. Community feel from the staff who addressed concerns and communicated well, even with our detailed nature and questions. Tracy Zihmer Law Firm, was kind, professional and very helpful in our time of need. Unfortunately I had lost my mother and found Ms. Zihmer on line during my research for an Estate Planning attorney. I read some very interesting facts about her and knew I wanted her to help me and my siblings during our difficult time. I had a courtesy call with Andrew - to try to cover some general questions on small estate probate. After providing a little bit of backdrop, Andrew proceeded to provide extremely helpful detail, scenarios, options. There was no rush. Andrew made sure I had all the information I needed to help with all my questions and more. He was very detailed and thorough. Overall, felt like a nice personal touch.
