Horrible attorney, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY TOO ANYONE. IF I DID MY JOB LIKE THIS, I WOULD BE FIRED. 2 YEARS OF PREPARATION , TAKING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY NO REPRENSENTATION , DEPLEADED OUR SAVINGS, OVER $51,000 THROWN OUT THE WINDOW AND MISS HAGGERTY DID NOT EVEN GET ME STANDING. UNBELIEVEABLE , I WAS NOT EVEN GOING FOR CUSTODY , JUST STANDING AND THEY CANNOT EVEN WIN THAT.

Did not flie on time , does not return phone calls..WOULD NEVER USE THIS ATTORNEY AGAIN! Reporting her and A&K !!

She was poorly prepared. Would not return our calls. Charged us for postponing court dates when it was her schedule that was changed. Sent us papers to sign which had been prepared for someone elses case. Leaned upon the opposing attorney to provide information and assistance. When court dates were approaching and we had to prepare, she would not answer her phone. I could go on and on. She was a nightmare. We paid her over $10,000 to file papers.

Kara was great! She was absolutely the best lawyer... very knowledgable and with only one week to go over my case she nailed it!! I am forever grateful.
