Joe helped me just this morning about a speeding ticket that I received in another state. His professional and helpful attitude was extremely helpful and he answered all of my questions free of charge. Great Judgement, Knowledge and Execution 5.0 stars Posted by Lee August 31, 2016 As an out of state resident and executor of a parent's will, I was in need of an attorney with deep knowledge of the estate laws of Pennsylvania. Joe starts there and adds great judgement and the practical guidance of many years of sound experience. He's one of the best.
