It is with great pleasure to have Vasiliki Gouliaberis to represent me as my family lawyer. It is an overwhelming and emotional process throughout the entire journey but Vasiliki has always made me feel assured that she has my best interest at heart. Visiliki is very knowledgeable with the law and proceedings with the court. Hi signed up with The law firm with Mr. Hoffman in 2022 I was seeking to get shared custody with my ex-wife Mr. Hoffman asked me would you like to file for divorce I said fine let’s continue with that also which was an additional $5000 on top of the $5000 retainer fee but at the time I had a few dollars in the bank and wanted to proceed. And as far as my custody I didn’t get an actual custody agreement signed for nine months after hiring Mr. Hoffman then after 14 months and many more thousands of dollars i finally getting a custody hearing when I show up for court Mr. Hoffman is not even there one of his junior associates is there Melanie E. Tunaitis and she tells me don’t worry about it I know this case inside and out but when we sat down in front of the judge His junior associate tells the court this case just got dumped on me she doesn’t know anything about it. After that I had several meetings with Mr. Hoffman‘s junior associate to get her caught up on the case then they tried to charge me for updating her on my own case obviously I was upset on how long everything has been taking my voice that too them then they tried to drop me and the judge would not let them at the end of it I’ll owed them $3700 which they told me if I signed the agreement to separate from them they would take The final payment away I figured since they’ve already took all my money and did nothing for me regarding my custody my child support my divorce after a year and a half I am left defending myself because I cannot afford any attorney what a joke what a complete disgrace and unprofessional law firm this is in the way I was treated you’re A FOOL If you hire this law firm with Craig Hoffman or Melanie E. Tunaitis . We were always giving anything their lawyers want it at the same time asking for nothing regarding her finances they made me take a drug test they made me go through ridiculous Obstacles why we just sat back and did nothing. When I went up and spoke to the paralegal Maria about how I’m happy I was in the way I was being treated my ex-wife said to me The next day I think they’re dropping you because you were upset about what was going on now how the hell would my ex-wife know about what I said and did with my lawyers. What a joke.

I just settled a case in this law Firm. I have had attorney services a lot throughout my life. But the service that I received from my attorney (Matthew Bilker} was just APLUS. Went to do a simple deed transfer title free and clear couldn’t get any simpler. Their receptionist service was a joke could not answer a single question. Something that should take two weeks is taking a month and a half wouldn’t use them again if they had a gun to my head best of wishes to anybody else who thinks of using them

Susan was supposed to be representing me in my custody and child support cases. In my very first hearing, we never made it into the court room because my Ex and her lawyer were able to trick Mrs Murray with heavily edited video of an incident, orchestrated by my ex. Because of this video, Susan capitulated to every single demand made by my ex's attorney. Later, we find from an attorney that actually knows law, that the video was in violation of PA State Wiretap laws and was totally inadmissible. Didn't matter. It already did its work; instead of 50/50, I have my daughter 1 night a week and every other weekend. This perfectly aligns with my ex's useless work schedule and social life. My ex also only reports half of her income which has me paying so much child support that I can't pay my mortgage. Susan never really seemed to care about that part and keeps sending me bills for her services that quite literally destroyed everything for me. UPDATE: It wasn't just that I couldn't afford the family counseling that was ORDERED in the capitulation, it was counseling that NO ONE OFFERED. It was counselling that was IMPOSSIBLE TO COMPLETE. There is no resource for finding the counselling. This made the temporary order FINAL. UPDATE: It doesn't matter if the video was admitted or not. The inadmissible evidence tricked the attorney into capitulating to the terms laid out by my ex's attorney. Mission accomplished. My case trashed. My fatherhood trashed. My life trashed. Legal Malpractice.

I was sued by a client of Eckell Sparks and I won the case in two matters self-represented. This was my first time in actual court, before a judge. I was stunned and appalled at the sheer ineptitude of the opposing party's counsel (Ms. Vasiliki Gouliaberis of Eckell Sparks). Counsel did not do her due diligence with her client. This was apparent upon reading the justifications for the suit--not only was none of it based in actual facts, but what they argued was too easily proven false with readily available and admissible evidence. Almost none came down to credibility or best interests of child. The opposing party filed an emergency petition--which, if an actual emergency, is ruled on within hours or a day or two, ex parte (w/o the sued party--me--present or ordered to appear). The judge scheduled the hearing 8 or 9 days out from date of filing and then granted me a 7 day continuance. I took the time to respond to the petition and did so with only facts backed up by inarguable evidence (including their own exhibits). It's hearing day one. Judge shares thoughts on the issues raised in their petition (which is basically that my filing was factual, theirs was not, and the few arguments of theirs I didn't prove false, did not merit an emergency). Judge tells Ms. Gouliaberis to argue issues that merit an emergency. Ms. Gouliaberis proceeds to argue the issues the Judge said *not* to argue. Ms. Gouliaberis took hours (judge said a hearing like this shouldn't take nearly so long and kept telling counsel to stop wasting time) to argue the things the judge said not to. Judge was fuming. I never witnessed such an extreme level of thick-headedness married to ineptitude in my life. And I was stunned to see it coming from an attorney. Lowly peasant I am, and still I know better. Due to running out of time before the Judge's next hearing, the judge asked me about the few oddball accusations they made (not in the petition) instead of having me fully testify. Not only was I credible, the witness they subpoenaed (my father), was more credible *and* there were short, reasonable explanations for their allegations. I left the hearing grateful I filed the response I did because there was no time to fully present my case. We also had no time to litigate a motion I made as part of my response. So another hearing was scheduled for 2 weeks later and with a 2 hr time limit. In the interim, the judge ruled on the emergency petition--denied. Upon arrival for hearing day two, the attorney and her client pulled me aside to attempt a settle. I declined. Up to this point, Ms. Gouliaberis' scare tactics didn't work on me and they sure as heck weren't going to start working now. Once again, I was treated to Ms. Gouliaberis' ineptitude. This time, it *didn't* feel like an episode of Judge Judy except with opposing counsel infuriating the judge non-stop. At the last minute, Ms. Gouliaberis presented a prior case that ruled in her and her client's favor and claimed the case was "on point" to our case (which means the case she presented is the exact same, or near enough, as ours). Judge announced ruling will take over a week since more case law will be researched and they needed to read the one Ms. Gouliaberis presented. And yet, less than 48 business hours (weekend doesn't count) after the hearing, the judge granted my motion. The order said, among other reasons, the case Ms. Gouliaberis presented was entirely distinguishable from our case (aka not "on point"). All I did was stick to facts, use logic, present evidence, and be truthful. I refrained from allowing emotions to rule my argument. I kept my facts straight and errors in the details were non-existent. Self-represented, I won my case against a "rising super lawyer". If you're vindictive, lack regard for best interests of child, don't play for long-term wins, want aggressive scare tactics used on who you're suing, and said person is not only susceptible but also extraordinarily dumb, burn your cash at Eckell Sparks.
