Upon hearing Benari Law Group being the best in the area, it was no question to call them first. Mr. Benari took on my case immediately within short notice, along with taking all my worries away involving my case. Down to earth and straightforward, communicative with every step of the process. Made sure all my questions were addressed. Before my appearance, Mr. Benari gave me full confidence everything was going to okay, and with his expertise, it absolutely was. Charges soon to be dropped, all thanks to Mr. Benari. The judge wasn't entirely happy seeing him coming - probably because you can't pull a fast one with Mr. Benari.. he knows what he's doing! I had the pleasure of being represented by Olivia from this Law firm for a tricky case. This is the first time we ever needed a lawyer. We picked Benard law group because they were the cheapest. And we couldn't afford to much. We had Mr. Moyer and he treated you very professionally and talked to you like a friend. Even the owner war very nice. We would definitely use them again. But I hope we never have to.

Benari Law Group are life savers. I was appointed Mr. Danton Moyer to represent me & he did everything he said he’d do. I was reassured the entire process, the man is cool as can be, & he made communication very easy, I can go on & on with praise. He was able to get my 4 misdemeanor charges dropped at the preliminary hearing just as he said, still have to pay a fine but that’s better than serving time. I reached out to Olivia three weeks ago at that point I introduced myself to her as an individual who has been on probation for most of his adult life from 18 to 37 And it was all because of restitution when I told Olivia my situation She was quick to point out that the law was on my side and she knew I had a good chance of getting my life back. At that point I felt at ease. Olivia asked me for a background on my life and I gave her one. Recovery just happens to be in my story. Today Was Court, Olivia killed it She was able to tell my background like she’s known me for years at one point it brought me to tears she cared, and she got me off of probation. I will Forever remember Olivia, because not only did she get me off of probation. She called me after to congratulate me and told me to Keep killing it And she was proud of me . Danton Moyer was my attorney and he was very thorough and very professional. He addressed the prosecutors rebuttals with exceptional knowledge of the commonwealths statutes with exceptional precision. My cases were summarily dismissed due to his knowledge, and a lack of evidence from the prosecutor. Arik and Olivia are amazing lawyers ! Arik represented me at a preliminary hearing and got one charge dropped for me at the prelim. Olivia continued the case and did an amazing job.
