Lack of urgency and responsiveness
“Scott is a joke. He overcharged my mother from what he shook on and typed up at the beginning and we waited over 4 months for my ederly grandmothers will to finally receive it when she was in the hospital. No sense of urgency doesn't really care what he's representing just wants his $$$$$$$”
