I have been working with Alicia Fastman for the last 3 months. I feel truly blessed to have Alicia as my attorney she is level-headed, quick thinking, tear wiper and an AMAZING lawyer. When it came to filing for divorce this was the scariest decision I have made in my life!! But from the beginning Alicia has been by my side from going over the initial divorce papers, to the overwhelming PFA hearing she has been by my side and I feel that she whole heartily cares about my welfare and my children's. Alicia is always professional and quick when it comes to communication (trust me I should know I've emailed her ALOT of times) and with every email she breaks things down so that I better understand what is going on. A divorce is not something that is in no way easy and I've always been consumed with the facts that a divorce is expensive and that is one of the major reasons I stayed longer than I should but with Alicia she never took the long route around a situation in order to rack up more billable hours, as I had become accustomed to with other legal counsel. In the end I think that when my divorce is finalized I will miss the emails to & from Alicia but to know that through all this heartbreak I will be free from my ex-husband, and have gotten to work with such an amazing lawyer that has opened to my eyes to how I should & will be treated going forward in life.

Alicia Fastman has been my lawyer for about 4 years in my custody/support case. We have worked closely together over the years and Alicia has always made it a priority to understand everything there is to know about my situation. Over the years through many emails, calls, meetings and tears Alicia has been there for me and we have formed a great relationship. Alicia has always been completely professional during our conversations, with opposing counsel and our court appearances. With a keen understanding of what I want, need and deserve Alicia has fought and won for everything I have wanted for my child and I. Alicia is persistent and makes sure that my voice is heard. I have complete faith in the decisions her and I make together and trust her completely to be my voice in the court room. In tough situations I have relied on her to not only be my lawyer but to also be my voice of reason. Alicia is dependable and has superb communication skills and is a highly competent attorney. Alicia has helped me understand the law and what I am entitled to and what the other party is also entitled to. Alicia has always been levelheaded and has been a tremendous support system in my situation. I highly recommend Alicia for anyone going through family court issues. Alicia Fastman truly is a remarkable Lawyer.

When I needed a divorce Alicia helped me through it. It was one of the hardest times of my life, and a number of moments I thought I couldn't handle, but she helped me stay strong. She was amazingly responsive to all my questions, comments, concerns and vents. I would never wish that anyone go through what I did (divorce-wise), but if you find yourself in that unfortunate situation, having Alicia on your side can be a lifesaver.

Extremely knowledgable with Divorce. Excellent in using Email for communication, which was my preference. Always made me feel like I was her #1 client. Her team is terrific with paperwork, invoicing, and when Alicia was not available her response time was quick, always within the day. Her email answers were concise and easily interpretable. If the content was too legalese, She has mastered the ability to summarize and deliver the bottom line.

Alicia handled my separation and divorce with extreme knowledge, skill, and efficiency. Starting from her advice to me when reconciliation still seemed possible, through the final divorce decree, her expertise was invaluable in protecting me and my home. While the opposing lawyer acted unprofessionally, Alicia was a rock of calmness and competence. I hope that you will never have the need for a divorce lawyer, but if you do, Alicia should be yours.

Alicia handled settling my child support case after Domestic Relations failed as a reliable collections resource. She was adamant about making sure all of my expectations were met while also making sure to supply me with the full extent of information about my case so I would be able to make the best decisions possible regarding my settlement. I was especially impressed with her extensive knowledge about the area judges and opposing counsel. Alicia made herself readily available to me and always got back to me by latest within the next business day, and never took the long route around a situation in order to rack up more billable hours, as I had become accustomed to with other legal counsel. She was extremely professional and quite intimidating to the opposing counsel, and I felt very secure with her representation.

Very smart and concerned with client satisfaction . Interested in clients as a whole ,their family ,their safety. Very prompt on replying to any client concern . Slightly disorganized and timid at times. But seems to gauge when to be gracious to a judge for their judgement and when to be more aggressive. Tries to help client understand the judicial system and all options available . A genuine concern for clients . She had the foresight to have an officer escort me out of court when she was unable to and in doing so prevented a potentially dangerous situation for me. She has stayed by my side on multiple long days in court ,calming me when I'm mad,comforting me when I'm upset. She is young and fresh faced and eger to please.

Can be slightly disorganized. Had to re-file certain documents due to errors. Maybe could have asserted my position a little better. But on the whole personable and competent. Very keen on following the wishes of the client.
