I'm no hurtz car rentals case. but very similar. I called thes guys and they are very quick studys and the PA AJ is the man. He took over on be have work college Jason and he is just as quick as a wipe with picking up and being Thorough as well Just a few phone calls I've had with these guys.. They've made me feel so much better about my case and how I was wrongfully done. THEY LISTENED MAN! Francis personally called me after one email to his office about my case with Hertz. He listen intently and carefully before he adked a question. An attorney of his caliber and level of responsibility typically in today's world doesn't do half as well making me feel comfortable during a very difficult situation. Mr. Thomas was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was scared out of my wits with my sudden situation in which I thought I would be trapped living in a building that violated health codes. Mr. Thomas responded to me very quickly, and the amount of information he had to counter each of my fears helped calm me down immensely. I had a lot of questions and he was always more than prompt with a reply. He guided me through exactly what I needed to do and then he took it from there, updating me on his progress. I'm so extremely thankful that I had him on my side, as my case was quickly resolved in my favor. What I paid was very fair, and so well worth it to preserve my sanity and well being. He is also an ally to LGBT folk, which is an essential quality I seek out when I'm considering who I want to work with. Would definitely work with again, A+.
