Mr. Black is not only an amazing lawyer but is truly a caring person. I came to him after seeing another bankruptcy lawyer. What a difference! He was honest, clear, professional, compassionate and thorough. The other lawyer had been vague and did not communicate well with me about the next steps. But Mr. Black took the time to answer all my questions. He saved me from a terrible situation financially and understood that good people sometimes get in a bad place and deserve a fresh start. He gave me that and I will be forever jackgrateful to him and his staff. There is no one better!

Mr Black handled my chapter 7 case. I was made aware of all of my options. Everything was explained to me before the proceedings I was always made aware of all things beneficial to my case. Our attorney and his staff did a remarkable job in the handling of our personal bankruptcy. Ours was a somewhat complicated bankruptcy and we totally relied on the answers given by Mr Black and/or his staff as well as the meetings and rather voluminous paper work that we had to prepare and double check with our attorney and his staff in preparation for filing our bankruptcy. After everything was in order and double checked we had our initial and only meeting with the court which our attorney also attended. As all was in order our meeting in front of the court went rather quickly. During the entire process whenever we had a question or concern for Mr. Black it was either promptly answered by him or the answer was given thru one of his paralegals who checked for us before providing an answer.
