Donna is extremely unprofessional and downright rude. I am a professional in the field and had to work with her on a case. She was easily swayed by opinions and struggled to focus on the actual facts of the case. Her style of communication is yelling and talking over you, and she often has little evidence to back up the very skewed claims that she makes. I don’t know how she gets any work at all.

This attorney was assigned to me and she refuses to give me my 300.00 back she said she sent it to 19131. thanks she never helped me and it was through legal aid or senior law center and she always treated me rude abrupt and nasty on the phone. beware of this person. I told her if she doesn't make sure I get my money I will sue her in court for my money she owes me and her last words were good luck with that and hung up the phone. Wow

Attorney Joe Simon delivers. He did a great job representing me with my multiple cases. The outcome was better than I expected. I definitely recommend Joe Simon.

I hired Donna to get a PFA for my young child. She.misrepresented my case by saying that she would be able to get me the PFA so I signed the contract and sent the payment. However on day of the hearing, she was unprepared and she couldn’t argue the defense lawyer. Afterward her attitude suddenly changed, and said that I pursue a PFA for selfish reasons and some other untruthful things she copied from the defendant’s lawyer. She charges hourly and I was charged for phone calls I made to discuss about payment. With the case dragged unnecessarily by her, the bill skyrockets so fast and there will be more bill.

After starting off with another lawyer for my custody case, my wife and I went with Donna because we were not happy with our previous lawyer. It was the best decision we could have made. Donna got us organized and ready for the court battle. She was there for us every step of the way. She put together an awesome case and presented it perfectly. Now we have primary custody of my son and we can't thank Donna enough!!!!!!!

The thing I have liked the most with Donna during our intense and protracted custody case is her belief in fairness. Itsnotjust a paycheck for her and that shows. She has a great way of talking people through difficult, emotional and confusing legal situations that I really appreciate!

Donna is by far the most fantastic lawyer you can ever ask for. I moved from PA to CO to set up a new life for my family. Husband stayed behind to wrap up the kids school year. 12 weeks went by and I was so excited to go back and get my family. Instead I was served with emergency custody papers. I was 1500 miles away from them and had no idea where to turn for help. Donna thankfully was there to guide me thru the legal battle that went on for a year. And still continues with the divorce and finalizing all other legal matters with the kids. She has always been prompt in response. Even with the numerous miles that separate us. She has also opened up her time to me when I’ve had to fly in for court to prepare me for what’s to come. She has never made me feel rushed or that she has other things to do. I always feel like I’m her only client and my issues really matter. She is very passionate about her job and knows all the legal rulings and matters that I was not even prepared for or knew I had rights too. She will lay all your options out to you and she asks what is best for you. She will not say this is what we are going to do and that’s final. She makes you feel like you actually have a choice and many choices and avenues to explore to get what you need. Or at least fight for them. Things are calming on my legal matters but I will always retain her for anything that the future holds.

I was referred to Donna on the advice of a relative. After meeting with her, I found her to be very friendly, caring & experienced. I hired her for my divorce and support matters. The support case involved a "special needs" child. Donna is extremely knowledgeable, always keeping in mind and fighting for my child's best interest first. She is very reliable. Additionally, she is very prompt and presents very professional when appearing for Court, hearings, meetings, etc. I would definitely recommend her as an attorney!

I interviewed several attorneys before I chose Ms. Cantor to represent me in my divorce proceeding. I liked her methodical approach and willingness to become involved in a complex and unusual situation. She has proven over and over again that she can work through complexity while minimizing drama. She has worked collaboratively wirh opposing counsel and efficiently handled court appearances and depositions. I find her fee schedule to be reasonable. I would highly recommend her.

Donna often shows up late, if at all. She missed several appointments. She has a less than professional attitude. She certainly doesn't present her appearance in a professional manner as she often shows up in dirty clothes with her hair a mess. She needs to visit a dentist for an extreme cleaning. With the amount she charges, she can afford it. She threw me under the bus and didn't fight for me. She instead sided with opposing counsel and claimed she did the best she could in my divorce case. If that's her best, I would hate to see her worst. She is despicable.

Donna provided excellent counsel for my divorce, custody and support matters. We had open and honest discussions about options and consequences not only regarding financial matters but family health and well-being. I was always informed and had all options presented so I could make well informed decisions. Her assistance has been of great value for the past 10 years. All of us don't have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives but you have made a difference in mine. I agree that Donna has her wallet in mind only. She has not been willing to change her billing arrangement knowing the case was going to be dragged out for years, She shows up late to court and with dirty clothing and by hiring her I LOST most of what I had already won. She was good at communicating but that is because she bills for every email, every phone call etc. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere.
