I can’t even begin to explain how lucky and grateful I am to have Chris Casserly in my life. My son was taken from me and my world was turned completely upside down. I was in such a panic to try and figure out what to do, and out of fate was led to chris. I thank god that I was because he has been nothing short of amazing since. He treated me like a brother throughout this terrible process. Chris is persistent and super determined! He constantly emailed the opposing lawyer first thing every morning, as early as 6:30am and was in and of court checking on getting our emergency petition heard. He replied to every email and phone call quickly, and helped me channel my anger and sadness with positive thoughts and energy, getting me through the toughest time of my life. We went into our case fully prepared with texts, phone calls and pictures, and chris got us exactly what we wanted. This fight isn’t over yet, but I completely trust chris. If you’re looking for someone to fight for you chris is the guy and is worth every penny you will spend. The ladies at the office are so sweet and the whole team at Lamonaca law has been great. I came to LaMonaca Law by referral after receiving a negative custody evaluation six weeks before a scheduled trial.
