I just wanted to leave a very positive review for Joseph Lesniak who provided awesome guidance on preparing me as a character witness for my friend who was wrongly accused. My friend similarly left a very positive review. Joseph made the process easy and comfortable even though I get quite nervous. Thanks to him and his team for helping us win the case!

Joseph Lesniak is a one of a kind attorney. In his scope of practice it can be very easy to value money over quality of representation. However, Joe is a rare example that attorneys who care still exist. Due to his dedication, determination, and intellect, my family and I were given a second chance at life. He not only saw us for who we were, he fought to make sure others could see it also. He was honest with us even when the truth was difficult. I was privileged to have found such a wonderful attorney. I was very surprised when I called and Joe actually answered the phone! With only a few minutes of talking with him i felt very comfortable and confident. Back in 2018 when I was summoned by the courts to appear for a DUI offense. I was trying to represent myself, and the judge in Media was threatening to throw me in jail. The paper work wrongly said 2nd offense. The judge was telling me he would throw me in jail, to get a public attorney if I didn't get my own (knowing now the judge was only looking out for me). I didn't have any money and I was in dire straits. I was recommended to Mr. Lesniak by another attorney in Media. Once he found out I was a Military Veteran. He offered to represent me pro-bono. He quickly got things straightened out, and had the courts change it to a first offense. I completed ARD, and didn't even have my license taken away because there was barely anything (medicine) in my system. Mr. Lesniak is a very personable, professional lawyer who gets the job done. I would recommend him to my family in a heart beat. Honestly I just called him, to ask him to write up a paragraph explaining why the DUI isn't a conviction in Pennsylvania. Joe helped me place old charges and convictions under a limited access petition and got my case a win. This helped me when it came to working and being able to go back to a job I loved. Joe kept me informed and worked hard even with all the Covid restrictions in place. This man has the experience to win cases and is well known at the courthouse. You wont go wrong in choosing him!

I hired joe after my other attorney dropped me right before Trial I was looking at 6 to 8 years in state Prison ... once I hired him he worked very hard for me . He made sure I didn’t go to jail and that I could still have a life .
