Kevin and his Associates namely Patrick were amazing to work with and a God send to us I. Our time of need. They especially had to work even harder during Covid 19 to make a safe way to put our troubles to a smooth and safe finish. They were caring and understanding to our personal situation in the health and well being of our son who was hit by a car. The monies they were able to retrieve are so important to our son’s new normal, new beginning. He was able to rectify medical bills as well and help us to find a way to put his monies in safe keeping of a special needs trust so he had safe access to his funds for his needs, while maintaining his forever life changing needs that will be met by assistance now and long after his monies run out. This recommendation was priceless. They are truly experienced professionals that never give up, and then theses recent uncertain times of COVID-19 they really pulled through! We are most fortunate that our son’s life was spared, but their help to give him back his life will never be forgotten! Thank you Kevin and Patrick and the rest of your team!

My daughter was in a car accident. A family member told us about Kevin. He had helped them . I called his office. His staff was professional and caring .I asked for a family meeting. Due to the accident we did not have a car. We were going to take public transportation. When Kevin called to set up the meeting I told him we would all have to take public transportation. He said he would come to our house. He did. He was so caring. He got the job done. And the final financial settlement , will help my daughter the rest of her life. Thank you Kevin!

I was injured and did not know where to get legal help. A friend told me how Kevin had helped him & his family. I am sol glad I made that call. He got back to me promptly . Set an appointment and handled everything. He is so professional. Yet very concerned. He listened to me and calmed me down. He says what he can do for you and gets it done. Mr. Marciano represented me as a personal representative of the estate of a single parent mother. The mother was killed by a drunk driver and left behind three small children. Mr. Marciano sued the bar and the drunk driver. He was able to recover all the money that was available. I was very pleased with his handling of the matter and would recommend him to others.

Found out he didn't obtain my medical records like he was supposed to, even sent back the HIPPA form not filled out. So not sure how a medical expert could look at anything if he did not have the records. Turns out I had to retrieve the records myself all while he basically did nothing for a whole year. Records have all the evidence you would need and more. Needless to say he asked me how much my case was worth who asks a person who's recovering that....now I only have a few months and case etc. is not resolved.
