Big mistake to hire Arik Benari! He represented me and in the court room the Judge told everyone to stop talking while court was in session. Everyone stoped except Arik Benari.
When I went in front of the judge she though me in jail for 10 days but I wasn't charged with anything. (Still took my money) As I sat in county jail he never reached out to me one time. My wife acted as my attorney. (I had a .02 breathalyzer)
I lost my job and my home.

Adam is the attorney you want when you suffer from an accident. He explains everything thoroughly, talks you through the alternatives and his response time is unbeatable. I don’t think I ever waited more than 2 minutes for a return phone call or text! Highly recommend!

Honest and straight forward and professional. I am very pleased with his work getting me on the ARD program for my DUI. I called Arik this morning with a very difficult task. He was beyond professional and made me feel so comfortable about the situation.
