I had the pleasure of working with Arik Benari, and Stephen. I was charged with a serious felony charge and so I hired Benari law firm. The whole process was literally so stressful but Arik literally was the best and him as my lawyer made the process so smooth. He was always a call or text away. When I would worry that I would literally get ten years in jail, Arik would always say we are the best and that really is true. I remember a lot of times too I didn’t have all the money I needed up front and Arik would always just be like that’s fine just give it when you get it. I think that if you have any criminal charge especially a serious one you should hire Benari law firm, because in my case Arik really showed concern like from the day I first met him, I felt completely comfortable, and satisfied knowing that I was in good hands. You want a lawyer that’s gonna fight for you to get the best solution for you in your situation, not one that just takes all your money. Stephen was really good too, very professional, and good at explaining everything that’s going on in court.

Efficient service, was charged wrongly with 3 count simple assault reckless endangerment for a crime I didn’t commit I contacted Mrs Benares law he got all charges dismissed I only appeared in court once. I highly recommend this law firm they work around your schedule and are very responsive. Price a little high but they will make your payment flexible for you.
