In the past 6 months I have been toyed tormented robbed and left 4 Dead by a series of prosecutors failed defense attorneys and judges. In that process I would watch my bail be increased twice, placed on monitoring, and effectively leave me absent of any confidence whatsoever that at any given time I wouldn't end up in jail. To make matters worse each and every time I made an appearance in the courtroom I would watch the attorneys I had spent serious money on fold to the wits or aggressive action by this prosecutor. Several weeks ago I knew without doubt my intuition was too strong I couldn't do it and I fired the defense attorney I had in the middle of a hearing. This after just handing him $5,000 to get me through that stage. What I did not understand or consider was they would put me on the spot with a threatening 10 days to require new representation. This was important I had watched the judge maim not only my attorneys but the vast number of attorneys I watched act in front of him during this process. And those who had not been attacked by the judge were certainly not celebrated.. What was concerning shocking and extremely terrifying was finding that practically all the regular names in Media showed no interest in the case because of its unique nature and stage. I did think I found one in the area but within two days he showed inconsistencies in his statements, something that I just can't deal with and I called him out. I don't think he took it well however he withdrew his willingness and told me that there was a better person for me that would be calling me. This was less than 24 hours before a hearing. That call came from Dan mcgarrigle Shockingly immediately I was offered Peace of mind by his confidence. We arranged to get together well in advance of the hearing so he could diagnose his mind to understanding the particulars associated with my circumstance. This is the only attorney out of 15 who wished to do so. Once he was confident we set off for the courtroom. Immediately upon entry the state's attorney began setting up the same sequence that I had watched disintegrate two previous lawyers and countless lawyers representing other people .I built my mind in preparation it may happen. It did not. This Superior level of attorney Sir Daniel mcgarrigle immediately established dominance aggressively and confidently commanding respect not just from the prosecutor but the judge himself. What shocked me was that he was handed everything He requested, followed by a statement from this monotone baseline unenthusiastic judge to accredit unprovoked that Dan is next level Superior defense lawyer. in a matter of minutes he turn the tides of my case to that which is now very very much under a different perspective from that judge. I'm as confident as I've ever been and I assure you I've never seen a better lawyer in my entire life. Dan mcgarrigle is an absolute GAT. ALL ATTORNEYS COST MONEY BUT DAN MCGARRIGLE DOESN'T CHARGE ENOUGH HE IS A SUPERIOR FORCE BY CONSIDERATION TOWARDS HIS EQUALS IN MEDIA. I had been charged with my third dui in bucks county while I was on probation in Delaware county. While sitting in jail awaiting a gag hearing, my bucks county lawyer recommend me to Dan Mcgarrigle for representation. Dan almost immediately took the time to contact my family and put together a case pitching my good character to the judge. The probation office was pushing for a state sentence for the violation but after a rather intense hearing, the judge decided to sentence me to only ten weekends in jail and terminate my probation after the weekends thanks to Dan's hard work. I had a case that was from about 4 years ago for driving under a DUI suspended license. That charge comes with a 90 day jail sentence and license suspension. I just let it go for so long because I didn’t know the penalties it carried and I didn’t have a car anyway, so I didn’t care. When I went to get a car finally, it came back up and I was lost.. had no idea what to do. I was in panic mode and I had a warrant out for me. I called Mr. McGarrigle and he got back to me within a couple hours, and was about as clear and thorough as anyone could be over the phone. He promptly sent a letter to the judge to set up a new court date for me and we waited until the day. The day finally came and I expected the worst. Little did I know, I had the best lawyer in America. That man, not ONLY kept me out of jail, he got them to let me keep my license, AND get rid of the whole case based on the age of it. I didn’t have to pay anything in fines... NOTHING. You get what you pay for in life, and Daniel McGarrigle is worth every cent. I couldn’t be happier and i’m so glad to be able to just put this behind me, and its thanks to that man. 100% gets a glistening recommendation from me. Just finished up a 10 year long Case with Alex. NO Jail time and a little probation. Very happy he chose to help me after 10 years when we originally started this case. Just wanted to say a public thank you to the most patient Lawyer and only lawyer. Thank you brother 🙏🏾

Alex was my 3rd Attorney during my long battle of divorce... My one previous attorney, I put so much hope in him trusting what he promised "less talk and more work".. yeah right !! And almost never showed up for some courts. And the other attorney raised their rate hourly after I became her client for a month .. I never knew with every email, phone calls, voicemails and little thing costs money to her and it was so quick my retainer money ran out and i still owed her money afterwards which i finally paid in full even tho' she's not my attorney anymore. One day, I made last minute phone call when I was in the area and Alex happened to be available at that time and offered free consultation, he listened to my whole situation and i decided to go with him, we made a affordable deal based from my situation to just pay him once to finalize my divorce coz I was so tired dealing with attorneys and courts..and told him to just keep me update and let me know when I'm finally divorced. He resubmitted my divorce case and kept me updated with everything. He's a professional , responsive, answered all the questions I had and know what he's doing. Nicole also has been so helpful when Alex was not around, emailed her and she responded back so quick and made sure Alex got my messages. Instead of couple of months, my case took a little longer than what we anticipated because covid hits and gov shut the courthouse and postponed some cases,including my case. But I know its not Alex's fault and everything went great and I'm finally DIVORCED!!! Alex is different than any other attorneys i have met. Over a year ago I found myself in an unfamiliar area facing some pretty serious charges. Alex Giribaldi was literally the first attorney suggested to me. He was described as a real “shark” IE he held no punches, accepted no nonsense and takes care of business. A few months into the proceedings nothing seemed to be progressing in my case via public defender so I did hire Alex. First of all he has a mass amount of knowledge and is very personable... he’s efficient, intuitive, concise with his advice and makes the whole process highly comprehensive. You never feel as though you are one of many, or that any concern is invalid. Not once was I worried knowing he was representing me... and that says a lot because for anyone who’s been in trouble or who’s had someone they care for in trouble you know the stress that comes from what-ifs and the havoc not having confidence in your lawyer can wreak. Mr. Giribaldi is steadfast, always remaining current on any correspondence, items being processed or follow ups.. no matter how minuscule. He isn’t one to pass the buck— he stands by the outcomes he’s offering because he trusts in their being the result of his hard work. He is respected, well connected and his reputation proceeds him. My only regret is my inability to obtain him from the beginning.. if I had I know without a doubt my case would have wrapped up early on. One should be so lucky as to have the client/attorney experience I’ve had. Would recommend his practice to anyone.
