I payed a significant amount of money to Dan who told me I would win a case and He was 100% sure we would win. But he did little to no homework and took the completely wrong direction to my case and pushed all the wrong buttons and used the wrong witnesses. I would not recommend Daniel for a trial case , he may be best for making deals!. Dan does not respond directly to text or emails and phone calls as a good lawyer should.

Alex Giribaldi represented me for a DUI arrest. He helped me through a trying and difficult time. The professionalism he displayed was unmatched. He successfully got me into the ARD program. We avoided trial and a guilty sentence, and after the ARD program is complete, I can get my record expunged. This is vital because I work with special needs children, and I cannot have a criminal record to continue this important work. There was even a problematic situation where I risked getting kicked out of the ARD program and faced 6 months of possible jail time. He stayed calm and helped me through this to a successful outcome. I was able to stay in the ARD program.
