Recently hired Dan for a probation violation. His communication was as great as his professionalism. Facing more jail time and yet ANOTHER reinstatement, Dan relentlessly argued for a complete dismissal of probation and won. After more than 9 years of being on probation in Delaware County I’m completely free from their “supervision.” Whatever the case, I highly recommend Dan. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Alex and Pete helped my husband and I with several legal issues and were outstanding throughout. They put a lot of time and effort into the cases, were attentive to us and achieved great results. Dan is the LAWYER you want to FIGHT for you and your right. Our daughter found herself in a terrible situation. While we know renowned lawyers in Delaware County, our daughter’s friends insisted we hire Dan- We could not have made a better decision to HIRE him. He is honest, knowledgeable, thorough, ethical, connected and responsive. He was able to get the judge to lift a bench warrant that kept our daughter in jail in another part of the state in a record amount of time. Dan will use all resources within his disposal to facilitate the process for his clients. Do not listen to the bitter ex husband who wrote such an untrue review of Kathryn on here. She is the most down to earth, big hearted lawyer I have ever known. She truly cares about her clients. She is not like these other Lawyers in Media who attempt to drag things out in order to make more money. She treats clients like family. She cares about the kids!!
