Dan is the person who you want on your team if you find yourself in the defendant’s chair. He is knowledgeable, professional, and he will get you the best deal if not win your case entirely(and his prices are the best around if you care to compare). The office staff and Alex were incredibly helpful and friendly. They truly went "above and beyond" to answer questions I had. They were patient, friendly and gave me some good solid advice. I appreciated the brief conversations I had with them. It ended up that I did not need to hire legal counsel for my situation, and I appreciate that they were fair in assessing that (they didn't try to sell me what I didn't need, others might have). But Alex also didn't try to rush me off the phone. Two other firms never even returned my calls. But these guys were willing to invest a few minutes of their time to help me. A+ in my book!

Alex Giribaldi, Esq. was fantastic. He represented me in my divorce proceedings. It was a very contentious and stressful point in my life and I leaned on his expertise for advice and guidance. I felt as though if it were any other Attorney (and I interviewed a few) I would have ended up in a long drawn out war whereas only the Attorneys would win. Dan was able to avoid the expected mandatory minimum sentence handed down for my second DUI! I was looking at 90 days in jail and he found a Supreme Court ruling that worked in my favor and only had to do a five day minimum in custody! Nothing but good things to say about Dan and how easy he was to work with and how hard he actually works for you and your case.

My father hired Mr. McGarrigle for his dui case. Previously he had been given ARD but hadn't completed it. Subsequently he was arrested for failing to finish his ARD and was able to get back into the program and able to finish his requirements due to the diligence of Mr. McGarrigle. My dad is 65 and was very thankful to have the swift and positive outcome he did and again all thanks to McGarrigle law firm.

This Lawyer is awesome. He helped me out in ways other lawyers could not. He helped me with a free consultation and still went out of his way to get me information to help my friend. He did so within minutes and received information no one could figure out for days. Obviously he knows a lot of high up people which is a great attribute to have, especially when you know Judges and other persons of authority. I can't thank him enough and without his help my friend would still be in jail waiting for another county to pick him up. He was able to do this, whereas the other lawyers, who were renown themselves, could not. I will be recommending him to anyone and everyone. Even if it's a different state, he knows other people who could too, and if you have questions I would call and ask him first.

During one of the hardest times I've had to go through in regard to custody and support, Pete & Alex were nothing short of amazing. During every aspect of the ordeal, their guidance made me feel so comfortable with all of the decisions we were making. Being able to call my attorney's office and speak with the paralegal who knew exactly who I was and what was going on with my case made me feel like they really care for their clients.
