When my initial attorney retired, I was left with the task of trying to fill her shoes. Let’s just say that things would have turned out much differently with someone else. I felt as though money was priority and my voice wasn’t heard with regard to my wishes in negotiating terms of child custody. Very unprofessional and I believe she is too preoccupied with her dog (don’t get me wrong, I love animals) to represent anyone effectively. Also, she insisted the divorce decree be signed before the QUDRO was ironed out. I had to do that myself after the decree was signed and it’s supposed to be done BEFORE it’s signed. My ex was very difficult to deal with. Kathryn claimed she didn’t do anything (wrong) when in fact she didn’t do anything. I would never hire her to handle anything to do with family law or anything else for that matter. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The McGarrigle Law Firm…Dan and Amy are the best Amy his Legal clerk keep me informed she made sure my paperwork was on point and she sent out a reminder days before my court dates…Dan the Lawyer was very straight forward with me he was very professional and he definitely was great in the court room…Thanx Again…

Sometimes as men, it can be scary going to court versus a woman , We often feel that even if we have the evidence, we will lose in family court to women . However Stephen Ciarrocchi provided a masterful defense for me which lead to the dismissal of the case filed against me . Also, I cannot forget about Heather , who communicated with me very effectively on how we will beat the case and what our plan would be . Heather and Steven are excellent . I recommend Ciarrocchi Law to anyone who is going through tough time in their family and i will definitely use them again in my legal matters.

Had a very difficult experience for a support case . Had a lawyer that didn’t do anything made a few calls to find a new lawyer and by the grace of god Heather the paralegal called me and made me sooo comfortable and she just spoke with so much knowledge I knew with our 30 min conversation this was the form for me !
