In court all he did was right on a piece of paper. The things that were awarded to me he has not even shown the ability or the knowledge of how to get me these things, going on three months after the court date with time running out for me to get these things he has still not gotten me 3 of the 4 things I was awarded! Now it's a game of he won't even get on the phone! Has shown no ability or knowledge of how to get me things I was awarded. Thanks to his guidance I have lost a four bedroom three bath pool home and a Lexus. Both I had bought in the last 2 years! And shows zero concern of getting me the things I WAS awarded. Stand clear of these people. The things that were awarded to me in court he acts like it's not his problem to get them? He has made a nightmare situation way worse... What the hell did I pay these people for? Not the type of attorney you want to go into battle with, this guy didn't have my back at all...

DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!!! I suggest retaining Steven Tabano Esquire. Richard will suck funds from you for a divorce. He waited 2 weeks to give me details on opposing council offer. Communication sucks....inter office communications are almost non-existent. 3 weeks of attempted communication (numerous phone calls to the office and his "company" phone, as well as emails to him and his "staff) by me to Richard resulted in no response from him or the office staff. After 13 months and over $10,000 dollars spent,only led to slow and eventually no action on Richard's part. I had to seek other legal representation.

Had James Flinchum as an attorney would recommend to highly avoid this law firm all they want is to take your money and they dont even stand up for you and your case I was even shushed by my attorney for trying to stick up for myself when I felt the courts were being biased. He wouldnt even stand his ground and fight for my case would just let everyone walk all over him waste of time and money also was charged $50-$150 every phone call/email he sent out also sent him multiple documents to help my case and none were used avoid this law firm at all cost.

I've paid these people well over 10000 dollars for them to drain the account on "travel expenses". Had one of the now partners (Richard Manilla) scare me into signing off on a pfa that I could have won on my own, while draining my account for 8k just for that!!! And Nothing has moved forward on my divorce. Run from these con artists!!!! I forgot to add... I was afraid to share relevant information about my case, because I was charged by email read!!! Please save yourself the worst experience of your life. Call someone else!
