Started working with Sean: appeared to be a positive relationship. However, as we were expcting to finalize the process, he chose to hand off the caseto Richard Mannilla without my knowledge or consent. All went to hell rather quickly. More ego than representation. Continue your search for representation.

Going through a custody case. Attorney Flinchum is great. He works very hard and will fight for you until the end. I’m very happy with the way he is handling the case and would recommend the firm to anybody in need.

I wasted around 8 months and thousands of dollars working with Ruppert Law Firm in my divorce. The promises made to me during our phone consultation regarding the time, care and consideration that would be paid to my divorce case turned out to be a lot of fluff and nothing more. The first attorney assigned to my divorce, John Richards lacked professionalism and communication. He showed no real interest in my divorce. He constantly asked me the same questions proving to me he never listened during our conversations. After lodging a complaint I was assigned a new attorney, Josh Allenberg. Josh was slightly more attentive in the beginning but he too made promises that he could not keep when it came to the care, attention and concern over my divorce. Just days before a conciliation hearing was scheduled he notified me that he was leaving the law firm. (According to his LinkedIn account he knew he was leaving the firm at least a week before notifying me.) Someone else from the firm was to call me to discuss my divorce but I never heard from anyone. Then I found out the hearing was continued because an appraisal that was to be scheduled a month earlier had never taken place. To say I was disappointed and disgusted in Ruppert Law Firm is an understatement. They did far too little work and wasted too much of my money. It took my new attorney at a different law firm ( Steven Tabano, Attorney at Law, I highly recommend him!) less than 2 months to finalize my divorce for 1/3 of the cost and far less BS. Don’t fall for the fluff, they won’t deliver.

Sean and his team made everything simple and straightforward. They listen to ideas and make changes based on your wants and needs. They made the process stress-free and affordable. I would highly recommend Ruppert Law Firm to anyone!

I recently went through something quite difficult involving a PFA. My initial contact was with Sean who was incredibly helpful and compassionate. I then worked mainly with Josh who was amazing!! I had lost faith in attorneys but this firm is top-notch!!! I highly recommend their services!

Please don’t use this law firm !! I used them for a divorce that in the end my husband and I are reconciling . I NEVER talked to a lawyer face to face only my phone and email. During this time I spoke with 3 different lawyers and their paralegal. My deposit was $1500 and now I owe them $500 more for absolutely nothing ! Please don’t use them !
