My wife and I reached out to Paul very late in the process of applying for a dimensional variance. Talked to Paul about it on a Friday, and he was able to pretty much drop what he was doing and take a look at our case over the weekend. Paul met with us to get up to speed on everything going on, and conducted himself in a very professional and personable manner. It was like we had know each other forever, which made my wife and I very comfortable with our decision on choosing Paul. Paul attended our Zoning Hearing, and represented us to the positive decision we were looking for. Without the counsel from Paul, we truly feel the Zoning Board would have gone in the other direction. Paul's knowledge of the law and ability to defend/communicate with the Zoning Board was extraordinary, and essential to obtaining our successful outcome. My wife and I appreciate Paul's subject matter expertise, integrity, and overall work ethic when it came to our situation. We would recommend Paul very highly when it comes to choosing a lawyer, and will not hesitate to contact Paul in the future if we need any type of legal advice/counsel again.
