Mr. Conn is an amazing advocate, a gifted communicator and writer, and an incredibly understanding person.

Mr. Conn was recommended based on his expertise with school districts and his sensitivity for issues of special education and anti-discrimination. He is thorough, timely, responsive and sharp as a whip. What impressed us most is his integrity.
