Doing everything I could hope for!

This dudes a joke. I hired him for two cases. After being paid. He never showed up to court for me to turn myself in. Then, his secretary advised me to run out the court room before they arrest me until he could set something else up. I go into his office later that day to tell him how disappointed I am. He did not want to own up to his mistake, and instead said he was just going to refund my money. Yeah, of course you would now that you complicated the matter, and made the case unwinnable. After writing me a check for $250. I was told that I would receive a check for the other $750 in the mail. Of course so you can prolong things even further. Freeze my money and I will freeze your career. Will, be writing the disciplinary board if my money is not returned promptly in full as he did nothing at all! Professional people do not act like this. When you take a person's money you are making a commitment to them to have their best interest at hand. You simply did not. Now say nothing. Accept responsibility, return my money, and move on.
