Lack of responsiveness and difficulty scheduling appointments
“If excuses are what your looking for, they're your firm. Seems Auctions are more important to them than client services. Needed a simple will, but it was like pulling teeth to get them to move. Always to busy, at an auction or unable to meet appointments.”
