Keith Brown (of Stuckert and Yates) just finished helping my wife and me revise and fine tune our estate planning documents. Ten years ago, upon the arrival of a granddaughter, Keith overhauled our original will (by a different law firm twenty years prior). Now, our lives and family having further developed, and thinking we were more knowledgeable and had “better informed” questions, it was time to revisit the task. After reviewing our existing plan and exploring current options, we found the 10-year-old framework Keith had crafted was steady and prepared for the foreseeable future. Stuckert and Yates came highly recommended by multiple people, and I can understand why. In my particular situation, I dealt with Justin for an earnest money deposit issue. From the start he was very courteous and gave me a consultation over the phone, since my case was a bit unique. After I decided to proceed and hire him, no time was wasted with getting documents drawn up, sent out, and the other parties contacted. Justin was persistent with contacting the other party and even filed for mediation on my behalf. The issue ended up getting resolved to beyond my expectation, without even going to mediation. Justin Pilchman took my 5 year battle with a solar company and had it resolved beyond my satisfaction in a very short period of time. Hello all I can say is wow I call spoke to a lawyer about a pfa and she gave me all the information I needed and explained she don’t need me not once did she ask for a credit card number or speak about money at all she stated what I didn’t know and totally cleared of my situation once again don’t look around for legal team call this company and thanks again to whoever I spoke to on 10/29 professional lady thank agains you honestly saved me thousands in my personal belongings so there are still great people in this world thanks

My wife and I used Stuckert & Yates to help advise us on purchasing a home without a realtor. The attorney we worked with, over the course of 3 months, was extremely professional, respectful and responsive. He ensured that we felt comfortable and protected throughout the entire process. We felt that the rates were reasonable and would absolute recommend to family and friends.

He lies to his client. When you catch him in his lie, he would try to insult you claiming you should not ask questions, as most of his clients don’t. His excuses are laughable.
