Stuckert and Yates came highly recommended by multiple people, and I can understand why. In my particular situation, I dealt with Justin for an earnest money deposit issue. From the start he was very courteous and gave me a consultation over the phone, since my case was a bit unique. After I decided to proceed and hire him, no time was wasted with getting documents drawn up, sent out, and the other parties contacted. Justin was persistent with contacting the other party and even filed for mediation on my behalf. The issue ended up getting resolved to beyond my expectation, without even going to mediation.
